      SAVANNAH, Mo. —  Keith Kellogg Stanton, 92, Savannah, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017, at a local healthcare facility.

      He was born April 26, 1925, in Bolckow, Missouri, to William and Flora (Kellogg) Stanton. Keith married Leola Cochrane, February 8, 1947, she preceded him in death January 21, 2017.

      He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, American Legion Post #287, and former mayor of Savannah.

      Keith was also preceded in death by his parents.

      Survivors include: sons, Ralph, Paul, Joseph and K.C. Stanton; daughter, Sarah; and several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

      Farewell Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.

      Interment: Savannah Cemetery.

      In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to Savannah Senior Center.
