Clinton MO, May 10 1902 - Carl Pollock took his life by hanging Tuesday morning, May 6, in the rear end of his brother Joe Pollock's vacant store on the north side. His lifeless body was cut down by the sheriff and taken to Kitchen's undertaking establishment. No cause is assigned to the rash act. He was 52 and unmarried. He was buried in the Hebrew Union cemetery at Sedalia.
