James Kessler Siela, 87, St. Joseph, Mo., passed away Saturday, July 5, 2003, at his home. Mr. Siela was born on March 15, 1916 in Hurlingen , Mo. and lived most of his life in St. Joseph. He served in the Army during World War II, where he was awarded five Bronze Stars, the Good Conduct Medal and a Purple Heart . . .
