Mr. Michael Hoar died at his residence on South Fifth street at six o'clock Monday morning of acute hernia. The funeral took place yesterday at 8 a.m., the body being interred in the Catholic cemetery.
Mr. Hoar has for twenty years been in the employ of the Hannibal & St. Joseph road and was universally liked and respected by those with whom he came in contact.
