Mrs. Frank P. Webb passed away Tuesday evening, April 26, at her home near Hunter, at the ripe old age of 85 years and 11 days. She had been ill for several weeks, due primarily to infirmities of age. She was the widow of the late Frank P. Webb and the mother of several children who will be named in a formal obituary in a later issue.

Following funeral services in Van Buren in the Catholic church, burial was in the McRone cemetery near Grandin. Leuckel service.

Louise Elizabeth (Murphy) Webb was born in St. Louis County, on April 15, 1865, departed this life April 26, at the age of 84 years and 11 days.

She was the daughter of John and Eliza Murphy. At the age of three, she moved with her parents to Ripley County, near the King Bee Post Office and lived there until 31 years of age and until the time of her marriage to the late Frank P. Webb.

She was married to the late Frank P. Webb on February 9, 1896, at Donipah, Missouri. After their marriage, they moved to Grandin, Missouri, and lived there until 1910, when they moved to their farm hear Hunter, where they spent their remaining years.

To this union six children were born three preceeded her in death. She leaves to mourn her passing, three sons, Ben of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Raymond of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Joe of Hunter Missouri, two step-daughters, Minnie Woods of Columbia, Louisiana, and Lillie Glass of St. Louis, Missouri, 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of step-grand and great grand children and other relatives and friends.
