    • Douglas Dudley Walker, 90, of St. Joseph, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026, at his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1936, in Bolckow, Missouri, son of the late Beulah and James Walker.

      He served in the United States Army. He retired from the Missouri Highway Department.

      Douglas was preceded in death by wife, Charlotte Walker; his parents; and 11 brothers and sisters.

      He is survived by his son, Charles DeWayne Walker.

      The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, at the Rupp Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services and interment will be conducted on Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Bolckow Cemetery, Bolckow.
