I Abraham C. McCormack considering the uncertainty of mortal life and being of Sound Mind and memory do make and publish this this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say:

I give and bequeath to my son M.M. McCormack the following real estate: The W1/2 SE qr of SE qr of Section 25, the south end of W 1/2 of the SW qr Section 25. The South end of the E 1/2 of SE qr of Section 26 all in township 45, Range 21. I give to my son John W McCormack all my interest in our two horse wagon:

I give to my two sons J W & M M McCormick all my stock of horses, cattle and hogs, my household and Kitchen furniture, by them dividing the stock, the household and kitchen furniture with their two sisters as they deem will be right.

My 240 acres of land lying on Flat Creek in case it should be sold during my lifetime, 1000 dollars of the purchase money I receive for myself, and the balance to be divided between my two sons and two daughters and after my death the 1000 dollars or what may be left of it divided equally between my two sons and daughters.

The within instrument consisting of One sheet was now subscribed by Abraham C. McCormack the testator in the presence of each of us, and was at the time declared by him to be his last will and testament and we at his request signed our names hereto as attesting witnesses. May 24th 1860. Jacob Yankee, Pettis Co. Mo., B.F. Yankee, Pettis Co. Mo.

Pettis County Court March 3, 1862.

On this 3rd day of March 1862 personally appeared Jacob Yankee and B.F. Yankee (in open Court) the subscribing witnesses to the will of Abraham C. McCormack which said Will was produced in court, and being, first duly sworn, depose and say that the said Abraham C. McCormick the testator declared in their presence and published the said Will or instrument of writing as his last will, that he the said testator was at the time of publishing his said Will of sound mind and more than twenty one years of age and that they the said deponents attested the said will as witnesses thereon by subscribing their names to the same in the presence of the testator: Given under my hand and affixed seal at office this 4th March, 1862.
