Funeral
The funeral of Mr. Herman Schmitt's child came off yesterday at 3 p.m. It was attended by many persons in carriages, vehicles, &c. The many friends of this bereaved family deeply sympathized with them in the loss they have sustained, but what can sympathy do in re____ting the hearts' tendrils that have been rudely severed. But the baby is only planted; it shall spring again into an improved life.
