Funeral of W. H. Porter
The remains of W. H. Porter, the Houstonia sufferer, who lingered untill Saturday night last, where he died passed through the city yesterday. The body was taken to Salem, seven miles east of Sedalia and there interred. There were a number of friends and relatives of the deceased to accompany the remains.
[Mr. Porter was another victim of the Houstonia tornado of Feb. 23, 1875.]
