Lins, Edward (1876-1929)

BURIAL AT EBENEZER

Edward Lins, fifty-one years old, a former resident of St. Joseph, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Walter Farris (Fariss), in Wichita, Kan., according to word received in St. Joseph. Mr. Lins formerly conducted a store at Garrettsburg. He removed to Wichita six months ago. Besides the daughter, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Lins, Wichita; four sisters, Mrs. Frances Saber, Indianapolis; Miss Emma Lins, San Francisco; Mrs. Nettie Smith, Cooper, Wash., and Mrs. J.T. Freymann, St. Joseph, and two brothers, Earl Lins, Okmulgee, Okla., and Carl Lins, Afton, Okla. The body was to arrive in St. Joseph this afternoon and to be taken to H.O. Sidenfaden's mortuary. The funeral will be at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at Ebenezer Church near Garrettsburg, and burial will be in the church cemetery.
