Wathena, Kan. - Stella Susie Holzhauser, 90, Wathena, formerly of Elwood, Kan., died Thursday, March 19, 1998, at a health-care center in Wathena.
Born in Wathena on September 24, 1907, Miss Holzhauser had lived most of her life in Wathena and Elwood.
A high school graduate, she had been employed in the health-care field and was a Jehovah's Witness.
Miss Holzhauser was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edith Holzhauser; two brothers, Fred and Davis Holzhauser; and a sister, Hazel Schubert.
Surviving: a brother, Al Holzhauser, St. Joseph; and a sister, Josephine Russell, Elwood.
Memorial service: at a later date. Inurnment; Bellemont Cemetery, Wathena. Arrangements: Rupp Funeral Home, St. Joseph
