Leland Roy Estep, 57-year-old farmer of the Union Star Mo. community, died early this morning at a St. Joseph hospital. Mr. Estep was born in Union Star and spent his life in that area.
He is survived by his wife, Inez; a son, Donald Roy Estep, Union Star; his mother, Mrs. Mamie Estep, Union Star; a brother LaVerne Estep, Union Star, and a sister, Mrs. Helen Bauman, St. Joseph.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 at the Empire Presbyterian Church near here. Burial will be in the Union Star cemetery. The body is at the Clark-Woodrel funeral home, King City, Mo.
