New Researchers Section

We've added a new section for researchers. I'm not really sure what we'll do with this. There's no need to replace RAOGK as Doc has said that the site will be activated again. And we've been contacted by several people who are working on similar projects. So it's not like it's an urgent need.

That said, Jim let us know that he's available and -- get this! -- he's volunteering to help in New York City!

So, right now, we have a section with one person in it. But what he's offering to do is so huge, we couldn't tell him, "Thanks, but no thanks!"
