WARREN, Ohio -- Robert Lee Taylor, 87, of Warren, Ohio, died Saturday, May 10, 1997. Mr. Taylor was born Jan. 10, 1910, in Ellsinore. An Army veteran of World War II, he had worked as a hot stripper for Republic Steel in Ohio. He had lived in Ohio since 1953. He was a life member of VFW Post 7200 in Farmington, Ohio, and a member of American Legion Post no. 751 in Southington and Eagles Lodge No. 311 in Warren, Ohio. On May 9, 1953, he married Mildred Yoder. She died May 22, 1992.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at McSpadden Funeral Home in Ellsinore followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Joe Price officiating. Burial will be im [sic] Traenor Cemetery near Ellsinore.
