Lenore C. Martin, 72, of Savannah, Mo., died Saturday evening at a St. Joseph hospital. She had been in ill health for several months.
A native of Kansas, Mrs. Martin had resided in Tulsa, Okla., and in St. Joseph before moving to Savannah seven years ago. She had been employed in cafeteria and laundry work while in Tulsa. After several years work, she retired in 1978.
Surviving are a stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, Ida D. and Dick N. Scott, St. Joseph, and three step-grandchildren.
The body will be cremated. Private family services will be at 3 p.m. at the Bethel Cemetery, DeKalb, Mo.
Arrangements are under the direction of Meierhoffer-Fleeman Funeral Home.
