Norman R. Russell: Service arrangements for Norman Reed Russell, 63, are pending at the Rupp Mortuary, St. Joseph.
A native of Fillmore, Mr. Russell died Sunday night at a St. Joseph hospital. He had been a St. Joseph resident for 40 years and was a retired construction worker.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Josephine Russell, of the home; nine sons, Donald E., Ray E., Jimmy D., Michael R., and Sherrill Russell all of St. Joseph; John C. Russell, Elwood and William B., Timothy P., and Kimberly* G. Russell all of the home, and three daughters; Mrs. Peggy Bryson, Las Vegas, NV, Mrs. Linda Woodward, St. Joseph and Mrs. Sally Ann Hubbard, Fullerton, CA.
Also surviving are two sisters; Mrs. Pearl Warner, Savannah, MO and Mrs. Rose Gentry, Carlsbad, NM; three brothers; George Russell, Gower, MO, Faraon Russell, Independence, MO and Carl Reed living in Texas and 14 grandchildren.
